For a while we’ve heard of how good Green Tea can be for weight loss. Today’s review is for Liquiboost – a fully liquid weight loss cleanse. How does it stack up? Read on…
When we first caught wind of Liquiboost, I was immediately a bit skeptical – both about the product itself (it’s a liquid!) and its claims. Right at the top of the Liquiboost website they guarantee that users will “Lose 5 1/2 pounds in 7 days! Guaranteed!” I found this a bit astonishing at first, and knew that we had to get a trial of this product and cover it here on My Colon Cleanse Reviews.
The free trial of Liquiboost is only good for 10 days, so you need to make sure you start taking it the day it arrives to gain the most benefit before you have to decide if you are going to keep the bottle. The website was very easy to order from, and the shipping and handling charge was $9.95 – or you could RUSH for $12.95. Since I’m a pretty upbeat guy, I chose the RUSH service, and the trial bottle of Liquiboost was here in a couple of days. Easy.
Taking Liquiboost is much different than the traditional “take a capsule with water a couple of times a day” method – but not by much. With Liquiboost, you mix a capful of the Liquiboost product with a 16 ounce glass of water. You can take it either once a day, or, if you’re really in the mode to shed some pounds, twice a day. We had our test subject take it once a day for two days, and then twice a day for 5 days to make sure her system could handle Liquiboost with no problems.
So – did Liquiboost work as advertised? In short – YES! In detail… yes and no. First, our test subject Melissa found that Liquiboost was first and foremost an energy product, and secondary, a cleanse. So, she found it gave her a huge metabolic boost and also put her in the bathroom a couple of extra times a day.

Does Colotrim stack up well against its numerous competitors in the colon cleanse arena? In this review, we’ll check out Colotrim, its formula and how well it works for weight loss.
In my quasi-expert experience, I would say that popularity-wise, Colotrim is around the middle of the pack. I’ve heard of it through a number of different web sites and publications, and it seems to have some pretty good reviews. I definitely thank Colotrim and Jason for some of my success, and since I have quite a few pounds to go (as you can see in the picture!!) If you decide on Colotrim, I recommend that you drink a lot of water as you will be in the bathroom a bit more regularly and you don’t want to get dehydrated. Also, I highly recommend you try to eat as healthy as possible to help with the weight loss! The more salad, apples and bananas you get in you and the less soda and chips, the better.

Today we’re going to take a little departure from the typical colon cleansing reviews to take a look at a new product that has hit the market called “Irvingia RX” from Plasmagenix and to see if Irvingia RX really works for weight loss.
Here’s a little information about Irvingia, in case you’ve never heard of this African fruit. During the one-month study period all subjects were on a normocaloric diet evaluated every week by a dietetic record book. At the end, the mean body weight of the IG group was decreased by 5.26 +/- 2.37% (p < 0.0001) and that of the placebo group by 1.32 +/- 0.41% (p < 0.02).
That’s correct – after a month of eating Irvingia seeds, the subjects in the study lost anywhere from 3 to 7 percent of their body weight, placing Irvingia in an elite category of weight loss supplements.
