Total Cleanse Review
Happy New Year everyone! My friend Marnie just finished her run through with the Total Cleanse Advanced Internal Cleansing Formula colon cleanse, and I asked her to keep a diary of her progress. Here’s her story that she agreed to share with us for all of you readers. Enjoy!
Hi there readers! Jason asked me to keep track of my colon cleanse that he got me started on just over a month ago. I wanted to do it to get a head start on losing weight for 2009, so I started in the middle of November and finished up just before Christmas. I kept this weblog diary along the way which describes how things were going for me.
November 19 – After taking Jason’s suggestions and researching online, I chose the Total Cleanse for my colon cleanse. I ordered the product from their website today – it is a totally free trial so I don’t have to worry about paying for it if it doesn’t work for me. I had to pay $5.95 for shipping which is no big deal. My husband is pretty skeptical, but what else is new with him!! LOL! The site says I should receive my Total Cleanse within the next few days.
November 24 – Well today is Monday and when I got home from work, my bottle of Total Cleanse was waiting for me. I was very surprised to find that they sent me the whole 30 day supply as a trial, which is awesome! I was so excited to get going that I took the first two pills right away. You can take two pills a day, and the bottle says that you should take them with lunch or dinner. Here we go!!
November 30 – It’s been about a week and the Total Cleanse is starting to work its magic. I’ve found that I need to use the bathroom more regularly, and I think this is probably from the high levels of fiber in the cleanse. I discovered today that after a week I’ve already lost two pounds. More than I expected, and now I can laugh at my hubby for not thinking it would work!!
December 9 – I checked in with the scale today to find out that I’ve now lost a total of four pounds since I started the Total Cleanse. It’s definitely cleaning out my insides, that’s for sure. I also noticed that I have a bit more energy during the day, and I don’t feel bloated or gassy very often, which is great. Going dress shopping later today for Xmas party dresses, that should be fun!
December 15 – Ok, things are going very well. I’m now down almost *seven* pounds since I started the Total Cleanse! This is working some serious magic – I never expected that I’d be able to lose weight on a colon cleanse. Jason was right… SO glad he talked me in to this! Christmas is only ten days away now. I have to make sure I hold back on the chocolates so I can keep going on my weight loss! Good luck with that LOL!
December 24 – It’s Christmas Eve and exactly one month since I started the Total Cleanse so my trial bottle is now finished. I checked the scale tonight and it showed that I was still down seven pounds, but since we’ve been eating like crazy the last few days I consider that a pretty good thing. I just can’t believe how well the Total Cleanse worked. I feel great, and I am totally looking forward to kicking off New Years with a lighter, newer me!
January 1 2009 – I feel absolutely FANTASTIC and I’m already a total of eight pounds lighter since I started the Total Cleanse in November! I ordered another two months supply to help me reach my goal of losing 25 pounds by April 2009. I won’t be losing out to my New Year’s Resolution this year… the weight is coming off and staying off!

The Good: There is a high level of muciligenic fiber, which works wonders for cleaning out the colon and digestive tract. There is a free trial, and I was able to lose 8 pounds on just the trial alone. I am going to keep going for another couple of months because of the great results.
The Bad: You can only get the free trial if you live in the USA. That’s it!
